For filling cavities
Insulation can be applied by injecting into existing building cavities. It is ideal for use as a renewal or additional insulation.
Do it yourself aplication
Insulation kit is suitable for do it yourself spray foam insulation projects.
The insulation is spray applied onto substrate to the desired location. It is ideal for new construction.
The open cell structure allows the penetration of moisture and vapor - diffusion-open. In wooden builds, for example, does not hold moisture causing mold.
prevent water transmition
The closed cell structure acts as a vapor barrier. This prevents the penetration of moisture into the insulation. Ideal for use, for example, basements, foundations, interior, exterior.
protection for polyurethane foam
Protects PUR foam against UV radiation and includes waterproofing layer.
for all types of roofs
Roofing foam is suitable for all types of roofs, eg. Concrete, sheet metal, asphalt tracks. Can be used even on existing roofs.
Allows easy cleaning without chemicals. Fast revitalization of the roof surface. Easy application.
for use on roofs
Roof polyurethane adhesive for bonding insulation boards.
use on walls, facades
Facade polyurethane adhesive for use in exterior and interior. Fast easy application.
Easy and quick installation
INSTASTIK saves time and money. For quick and easy installation does not require electricity, water or any special tools. Simply apply directly from the package.
For dry areas
Stříkaná pěnová izolace je vhodná pro suché prostory. Kompletně vyplní všechny mezery, vytvoří vzduchovou bariéru, čímž zabraňuje průniku studeného vzduchu a následné kondenzaci vody uvnitř objektu.
for wet areas
Stříkaná pěnová izolace je vhodná pro vlhké prostory, jako jsou například sklepy.
HONTER Open-Cell spray applied foam is suitable for attic insulation, walls, floors, etc.
HONTER™ Open-Cell spray foam insulation provides superior energy economy and significantly reducing unmanaged moisture and air infiltration.
Area and conditions of use: attic insulation, ceiling insulation, wall insulation, insulation between the rafters, house, etc.
HONTER™ Open-Cell foam is spray-applied as a liquid and expands within seconds to 150 times its liquid volume. The foam adheres directly to the substrate forming a seamless and permanent coverage over and around even the most difficult shapes. This seal provides superior energy efficiency and improved indoor air quality by eliminating air movement. Once in place, Open-Cell foam maintains its performance for the life of the building. Unlike many conventional insulations time and temperature changes have no effect on R-value of spray foam insulation.
HONTER™ Open-Cell foam is non-toxic spray foam which has undergone extensive testing and meets building code requirements. It is a green product developed with the environment in mind. Its unique formula contains no ozone-depleting chemicals, such as CFCs, HCFCs, fibers, formaldehyde and asbestos. No toxins are emitted after installation, and since it never decomposes or deteriorates there are no concerns about harmful fibers or gases escaping into the air in the future. HONTER™ Open-Cell foam reduces airborne noise and dust making it the healthy choice for those who suffer from allergies, asthma or chemical sensitivity.
HONTER Open-cell Foam
Open-cell polyurethane spray foam, on the other hand, is usually found in densities ranging from 8 kg/m3. One of the advantages that these lower densities provide is a more economical yield, since foam density is directly related to yield (lower density = higher yield). Although the R-value of open-cell foams is slightly more than half that of closed-cell foams, these products can still provide excellent thermal insulating and air barrier properties. Open Cell foam should not be used in exterior applications, or applications where it can be in direct contact with water. Open cell foams are incredibly effective as a sound barrier, having about twice the sound resistance in normal frequency ranges as closed-cell foam. However, they are not recommended for hybrid applications. Other characteristics of open-cell polyurethane foam usually include a softer, "spongier" appearance, as well as lower strength and rigidity than closed-cell foams.
