Our story
HONTER® CORPORATION was founded in the USA in 2005 as a supplier of finest quality polyurethane products, including PUR foams for the construction sector and industrial manufacturing. As part of the expansion into the European market, the Czech HONTER® Company was founded in 2008 with the aim to supply world-class products and build a state-of-the-art plant in the Czech Republic to have a better control over the manufacturing process and drive costs down.
Production capacity expansion
The construction of our new plant, the only one of its kind in the Czech Republic, began in Zabreh na Morave in 2019. We offer a wide range of products, including the original in-situ spray polyurethane foams EXY SPRAY SYSTEM according to the EN 14315-1 standard for building thermal insulation. To ensure product quality, we operate an internal quality management system that follows customer and code requirements. We invest in research and cooperate with independent quality control laboratories.
Start of production in the Czech Republic
Since 2019, our Czech plant has been developing first-rate components needed to manufacture high-quality polyurethane systems for our customers. Depending on the area of application, we adapt product properties to your individual needs. Whether it is speed, foam reaction time or adhesive properties, we will develop a product tailored to customer needs.
